Day One

Well, I have hit the point where I have to do SOMETHING.  And I am not having a lot of support, probably because I am scatterbrained and tend to quit easily.  Not this time though.  I am starting the Dukan Diet.  High protein no carbs, gonna be hard, but should have good results.  20 minutes at least in excersize, and lots of filling protien.  I can do this.  Weight starting today at 293.2
